- App protection features to reduce impulsive food orderingThe App operates as a wellness and behavioral modification tool and is not intended to replace professional medical advice.3. EligibilityTo use Uncrave, you must:
- Be at least 13 years of age
- Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration
- Maintain the security of your account credentialsIf you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent's or guardian's permission to use the App.4. Account Registration & SecurityAccount Creation:
- You must create an account to access most features
- You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information
- One person may not maintain multiple accountsAccount Security:
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized account access due to your failure to maintain securityAccount Termination:
- You may delete your account at any time through the App settings
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
- Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately5. User Conduct & Prohibited ActivitiesWhen using Uncrave, you agree NOT to:Prohibited Content:
- Upload, share, or transmit illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Share personal information of others without consent
- Post content that promotes eating disorders or unhealthy behaviors
- Share false or misleading informationProhibited Technical Activities:
- Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the App
- Use automated systems (bots) to interact with the App
- Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
- Interfere with the App's functionality or security measuresProhibited Commercial Activities:
- Use the App for commercial purposes without permission
- Sell, resell, or monetize access to the App
- Advertise or promote third-party products or services6. App Protection FeaturesFunctionality:
- App protection features are designed to provide behavioral interventions
- These features work entirely within the Uncrave app
- We do not monitor or control other apps on your device
- Protection features can be disabled at any timeUser Responsibility:
- You acknowledge that app protection is a behavioral tool, not device monitoring
- You maintain full control over all other apps on your device
- The effectiveness of protection features depends on your engagement with themNo Guarantees:
- We do not guarantee that app protection features will prevent all impulsive behaviors
- Success depends on your commitment to the program and tools provided7. User-Generated ContentYour Content:
- You retain ownership of photos, progress data, and other content you share
- By sharing content, you grant us a license to use it for App functionality
- You represent that you have the right to share all content you uploadCommunity Features:
- Content shared through community features may be visible to other users
- We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms
- You are responsible for your interactions with other usersContent Monitoring:
- We do not pre-screen user content but may review it for compliance
- We may remove content that violates these Terms without notice
- Repeated violations may result in account suspension8. Subscription & Payment TermsSubscription Services:
- Some features may require a paid subscription
- Subscription terms and pricing are displayed at the time of purchase
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelledPayment Processing:
- Payments are processed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android)
- Payment terms are governed by your platform's payment policies
- We do not store payment information on our serversCancellation & Refunds:
- You can cancel subscriptions through your device's app store settings
- Account deletion automatically cancels active subscriptions
- Refund requests are handled according to App Store or Google Play policies9. Privacy & Data ProtectionData Collection:
- Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy
- By using the App, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy PolicyAccount Deletion:
- You can permanently delete your account and all data through the App
- Account deletion is immediate and irreversible
- All personal data is permanently removed upon account deletion10. Intellectual Property RightsOur Rights:
- Uncrave, its features, design, and content are protected by intellectual property laws
- You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property
- All trademarks and logos are our property or used with permissionLimited License:
- We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App
- This license is revocable and terminates when you stop using the App
- You may not sublicense or transfer this license to others11. Health & Medical DisclaimersNot Medical Advice:
- Uncrave is a wellness tool and does not provide medical advice
- The App is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition
- Always consult healthcare professionals for medical concernsUser Responsibility:
- You are responsible for your own health and safety while using the App
- If you have eating disorders or medical conditions, consult a healthcare provider before use
- We are not liable for health consequences of using the AppEmergency Situations:
- The App is not designed for emergency situations
- Contact emergency services immediately if you experience a medical emergency12. Disclaimers & Limitations of LiabilityService Availability:
- We strive to maintain App availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
- The App may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or technical reasons
- We are not liable for losses due to service interruptions"As Is" Service:
- The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for purpose
